Unlike traditional fillings like quartz sand or millet seeds, the TTS is filled with innovative plastic micro spheres. These micro spheres are slightly lighter but occupy a greater volume, giving the TTS a unique feel and exceptional control. The spheres slide effortlessly against each other, creating a smooth, soft touch while maintaining perfect balance and stability.
Ever since we started experimenting with this new filling, jugglers visiting our factory couldn't resist the TTS – every single one left with a set in their pocket. And now, they’re available to you!

The 67 mm TTS weighs just 130 g, making it over 5% lighter than MMX filled with millet seeds.
💪 INDESTRUCTIBLE:
Unlike seeds that degrade over time, plastic micro spheres remain intact, ensuring that the ball maintains its volume, softness, and shape for years of use.
🤧 HYPOALLERGENIC:
No more worries about seed allergies – plastic spheres are completely allergen-free.
🔵 PERFECT SPHERICITY:
With a diameter of 0.8 mm, every sphere is perfectly round and identical. This consistency ensures a smooth, controlled roll and a delightfully soft feel.
🔹 SHELL – DURABLE AND ADAPTABLE
Our TTS shells are crafted from 100% Phthalates-free soft PVC, available in 5 sizes and 2 thicknesses for optimal versatility:
SOFT (2 mm thick):
Feels like a beanbag, forgiving on impact, and less likely to roll away after a drop. Ideal for MMX, SRX, TTS, TT1, and SIL-X Light balls.
ELASTIC (4 mm thick):
Strong, precise, and perfect for head and body rolls. Used in SIL-X and HYBRID balls.
🎨 SURFACE FINISHES:
62-67-70-75 mm: Matte surface for a soft, tactile feel.
78 mm: Glossy surface for maximum grip and visibility.
⚡️ FILLING & ADJUSTMENTS:
The standard filling ratio is approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the internal shell volume, depending on size and thickness.
Every ball is digitally weighed to ensure optimal weight and balance.
Each ball features a removable plug, allowing you to adjust the filling or reinflate the ball as needed – particularly useful after air travel when changes in air pressure may cause slight deflation.
