Buyer - Customer
A natural or legal person who places a binding order for goods from the catalog. The current range of goods is published on the operator's website at http://firelovers.com.
Security and Data Protection
The seller declares that all information regarding the customer and their transactions carried out on the operator's website is secured against misuse and will not be passed on to a third party without the customer's consent. The seller uses the customer's personal data only for its own purposes within the meaning of Act No. 101/2001 Coll. (especially for communication with customers). These data are subject to strict internal protection.
The seller stores personal data about customers for a period of at least 5 years, based on the obligation to keep accounting records within the meaning of Act No. 563/1991 Coll. Specifically, it stores data associated with orders and sales documents.
A registered customer can change their personal data directly in their customer account or may request a change or deletion from our customer support, primarily via email at shop@firelovers.com.
More about data protection can be found on this page.
Order
A purchase contract is established based on a binding order, which subsequently facilitates the sale of goods. The order becomes binding upon acceptance by the seller. A binding order must contain the following essential elements: name and address of the buyer (including phone or email), quantity of precisely specified goods, requested payment method, delivery method, price of goods, and shipping. The order is considered binding for both parties provided there is no breach of the conditions agreed upon at the time of ordering. In the case of purchasing specific "made-to-order" goods that must be ordered from a manufacturer or supplier at the customer's request, the seller may require a deposit of up to 100% of the purchase price.
Costs for Using Remote Communication Tools
The buyer bears the costs for using remote communication tools themselves.
VAT-Free Purchase for EU Customers (outside the Czech Republic)
If a customer requires an invoice without VAT, it is necessary to fill in the ID and VAT ID in the order and state the request "Issue invoice without VAT" in the order notes. Without meeting these conditions, the invoice will be issued as standard with VAT, and it is not possible to change it after the shipment has been sent.
Prices of Goods
Prices are the same in the e-shop and at physical branches. The buyer receives the goods at the price valid at the time of ordering. Discounts may apply to certain types of goods, which are always limited in time. The seller reserves the right to cancel a discount if the goods are sold out. Discounts cannot be combined (discount codes do not apply to sale items, or the higher discount from the original price is calculated).
Information about Goods
Descriptions and technical specifications of the goods listed on this website are based on information from manufacturers and may change over time. The seller reserves the right to update or change this information if necessary. Errors in descriptions and technical specifications are reserved.
Payment for Goods and Shipping
Goods remain the property of the seller until the price of the goods is paid in full. The total order price can be paid by the buyer:
-
Cash - at branches.
-
Cash on delivery - the buyer pays the relevant amount upon receiving the shipment from the carrier.
-
Bank transfer in advance - the buyer transfers the full amount to the seller's bank account held at Fio Banka, a.s. In this case, the order is processed only after the total amount is credited to the seller's account.
-
Details can be found in the payments section.
Delivery of Goods
-
Deliveries of ordered goods will be carried out as quickly as possible depending on product availability and the seller's operational capacities. The delivery time stated on the seller's website is indicative only and may differ from the actual delivery time.
-
The delivery method and pickup location are determined based on the order. Delivery to the designated address is provided by the seller. The shipment is always insured and includes a tax document.
-
Delivery is handled by the seller's contractual carrier throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics. The shipping price is governed by the current price list in the shipping section. Responsibility for damage during transport lies with the contractual carrier.
-
We do not practice any restrictions on the delivery of goods.
Cancellation of Order by the Customer
-
The buyer can cancel their order if it has not yet been shipped and if no deposit has been accepted. Cancellation is done by phone at +420 724 896 433 or by email at shop@firelovers.com.
-
If the buyer cancels an order for which a deposit has been issued, they are not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation of Order by the Seller
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it in the following cases:
-
The ordered goods are no longer produced or delivered or are unavailable in the long term.
-
The price of the goods has changed significantly or was set incorrectly.
-
After testing, the seller found that the quality of the goods does not correspond to the price (in this case, we return the goods to the manufacturer rather than sending them to customers).
If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be returned in cash or transferred to their account as soon as possible.
Warranty Period
A 3-year warranty is provided on goods. For goods marked as used, unboxed, or damaged, a 12-month warranty is provided.
After-Hours Service
Service or consultation outside of business hours is subject to a one-time fee of 150 CZK.
Claims (Complaints)
The buyer has the right to claim goods according to the Claims Procedure and may use the Claims Protocol.
Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract
The buyer has the option to withdraw from the purchase contract under the conditions specified in the section Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract.
