The Firelovers Kevlar Fire Ball is a premium hand-crafted fire juggling ball made entirely from 100% Kevlar® material, including the outer shell and all stitching. It is designed to closely mimic the size, shape, and feel of a standard beanbag, making it highly juggleable while delivering superior fire performance.
🧵 Every ball is fully handmade and hand-sewn by skilled fire gear makers. Unlike many other products on the market, no Nomex or synthetic blends are used — everything is 100% Kevlar®, even the threads.
Each seam is triple-stitched with Kevlar Tex-80 thread, ensuring durability under extreme heat and impact.
🔒 The filling hole is hidden and hand-sewn, again using double Kevlar thread sewn in three passes for maximum structural strength.
🧯 The internal filling consists of Kevlar fibers mixed with fireproof grains, creating a soft but dense beanbag that absorbs fuel evenly.

These fireballs have undergone rigorous stress testing, including impact drops, wall throws, compression tests — all while ignited. This ensures reliable performance in the field, whether you're training or performing.
🔥 To use, simply dip briefly or spray fuel onto the ball and ignite.
You can use Lamp oil or white gas with gloves or you can also use IPA, ethanol or Alcohol mixes with water without the gloves.
Never allow the balls to burn without movement. Be sure to extinguish them immediately after your act.
⚠️ Do not soak excessively into lamp oil or white gas — the Kevlar® can retain significant fuel, leading to large flames and intense heat.
🧤 Juggle wearing gloves, ideally slightly damp to increase insulation and comfort.
But it is possible to juggle without.
